We have a core group of land professionals specializing in title research. We
produce surface, mineral and leasehold ownership reports tailored to reflect
the distinct needs of each client in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
ABSTRACTING
Our abstractors are characterized by their in-depth research abilities and
extreme attention to detail. We provide surface and mineral abstracts, division order abstracts and limited abstracts in digital and hard copy
versions in a timely manner, to meet and exceed deadlines and remain ahead of drilling schedules.
CURATIVE
Our skilled curative department employs streamlined processes to perfect title and ensure that work is done correctly the first time. Curative assignments are reviewed by licensed attorneys and carried out by experienced land professionals.
